Regardless of how trained or knowledgeable we are, we all need help some times.
These lessons are designed to be an introduction to healing techniques and mindsets, but please do not be fooled into thinking that their simplicity necessarily makes them easy. Sometimes the simple things are the most profound as you are able to concentrate on the actual healing rather than worry about learning complicated protocols.
So to this end there are varying levels of support available, whether you just need to be pointed in the right direction on one or two of the lessons or a much more comprehensive programme.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
The Light Option

The Self Tapping Option
Throughout the lesson you may email any questions you have about the subject. When you have completed the exercise, send in your answers or a report of your experiences to receive a bespoke programme, combining EFT and EmoTrance to target a specific issue. All the instructions you will need to be able to complete this on your own will be sent to you.

The Assisted Tapping Option
Throughout the lesson you may email any questions you have about the subject. When you have completed the exercise, send in your answers or a report of your experiences to receive a bespoke programme, combining EFT and EmoTrance.
In addition to all the instructions you need being sent to you, you will receive a one hour face to face* or telephone session** with a practitioner. Not only will you work directly on your issues, but will benefit from the practitioner working on them too.

COMPLETE PACKAGE
Prior to beginning the course you will be asked a series of questions about what your issues are, what you want to achieve and generally where you're at.
As with the individual lesson support, throughout each lesson you may email any questions you have about the subject, and when you have completed the exercises, you send in your answers or a report of your experiences to receive comments and further suggestions. These responses will be carefully monitored for patterns of behaviour, recurring problems and the effect each topic is heving on your health and well being.
After you have completed all eight lessons, you will again be asked questions on what you think your issues are now, what has changed and where you're at following the exercises and advice.
You will then receive a bespoke programme combining EFT and EmoTrance, consisting of all instructions and up to five one hour face to face* or telephone sessions** with a practitioner, depending on your needs.
This will give you an incredibly comprehensive programme, all tailor made to suit you!

The Ultra Complete Package
As above but done on a full board, one week residential basis in the mountains of southern France.
