Though very complex, there are a few Quantum Physicists who have taken this subject, applied it to life as we know it and then explained it in lay terms, or at least something we can start to understand even if we can't grasp it all.
As energy practitioners, much of what we do here at EFU is based on the quantum qualities of energy and so is of particular interest. My favourite Quantum Physicist is Fred Alan Wolf. If you have some time to spare and fancy a challenge, he's well worth a read.
As an introduction I have reproduced his article "A Watched Kettle Never Boils - Ever wonder how lucky or unlucky you are? Or do you think that whatever success or failure you've had had nothing to do with luck? Well, if the quantum world has anything to do with it, there is a way to beat Lady Luck at her own game." This can be read by clicking here.
Also the film "What the Bleep Do We Know" offers many insights into the quantum world and how it affects us on a daily basis as does the books of Deepak Chopra.
We understand the qualities of water and how it behaves in it's various states and because of this we know how to have ice cubes in our G&T, warming baths to sooth our aches and pains, and steam to clear our nostrils when we have a cold. In the same way, the more we understand the nature of energy and how we can make it work for us, the more effective we can be at creating the life we want to live as opposed to feeling victim to forces seemingly beyond our control.
